Busy, busy!

Since our last update in mid-January, we have been very busy!

Construction for our Sweetwater Commons project in North Augusta, South Carolina has picked up and is now fully underway. We have a few homes already framed with siding being put on and some more that are currently being framed. We also have site work being done for a few more. In total we are working on construction for 10 - 13 homes / lots.

Over in Amberley, construction is moving along on the last few homes. We are still hopeful to have these last homes under contract come spring this year!
