From pre-planning and feasibility stages all the way through design and construction to where there is a golf component, club management and turf maintenance. M-Projects is responsible for all aspects of conceptualizing and executing a development strategy.
A golf centered project is a complex endeavor with many potential pitfalls; we provide as many solutions as possible in an understandable and cohesive manner to partners and clients through all development stages.
Our involvement covers:
Concept preparation - Who are the targeted buyers? How deep is the market? Where does a project fit relative to the competition?
Project Feasibility Analysis - Real estate price points, product mix, cost analysis, budgeting, projections, etc.
Manage - project Zoning, Planning and Design process
Create - Plan Book, Architectural guidelines, Architectural Review Board, Home Owner Associations
Establish - Builder Groups and Neighborhood concepts
Coordinate - HUD and other registrations necessary to conduct business, Amenity design
MARKETING AND SALES
Prepare a marketing and sales strategy.
Review and approve graphic design and collateral materials
Develop sales team capability.
Implement the marketing and sales strategy
Supervise on site project accounting and related reporting to partners.
Conduct periodic budget reviews
Supervise construction of roads and related infrastructure, golf course, golf clubhouse related buildings, cottages, sales office, amenities, gate houses, maintenance buildings, tennis clubhouse, community clubhouse, exercise facilities etc.
