In order to cater to the international markets, Wayne Millar, Bruce Peattie and Peter Kohler have decided to build on the good name of M-Projects and extend their activities in South Africa, Central and South America. M-Projects is currently focusing on development of lifestyle orientated projects on suitable sites with a strong emphasis on sustainability.

M-Projects is a partner with Bruce Peattie in Confluence Property Company which is headquartered in Pietermaritzburg and active in the Midlands of KwaZulu Natal. Confluence is partners with the Hyatt family, formerly owners of Marriott Property Services and the Grinrod family of Grinrod Shipping in a venture on Midmar Dam. The company is also partners with Cape based Asrin Property Company in a development on Albert Falls Dam. Targeting rural land opportunities Confluence is actively engaged in expanding its portfolio.

Peter Kohler has been associated with the development of golf, resort and amenity-centered communities in 12 different countries over the past 25 years. He has partnered with and provided a range of services to owner-operators in numerous countries in the Far East, Africa, USA, the Middle East & Central America.
