Riverwood Plantation is a master planned
community nestled on 3,800 acres of
stately pine and hardwoods that stand tall,
attesting to the stately beauty of the site
located along the Savannah River in historic
Augusta, Georgia. At build out the project
will finish out at over 3,000 homes and some
1,000,000 sq.ft. of mixed use development.

Riverwood Plantation has been named
Augusta’s Community of the Year for five
